These delicious Energy Bars contain only 4 ingredients, and are perfect to pack in your bag for school lunches or for whenever you’re outside the home and hunger strikes!
These bars are a much smarter option than buying unhealthy packaged foods from the cafeteria or vending machine!
These Energy Bars are:
- naturally sweetened with dates.
- a great source of protein and healthy fats from the cashews. Cashews are also packed with vitamins and minerals.
- can be easily customized to your liking. For example, you can add a few spoons of cocoa powder or coconut flakes. Or use a different kind of nut or combination of nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans).
- a great source of energy to get you through the rest of your morning (or afternoon). These bars won’t make you feel loaded down by excess sugar and carbohydrates.
