This amazingly delicious Strawberry Avocado Spinach Salad will tempt even those who don’t love spinach!
This salad is quick and easy to put together, and is bursting with nutrients.
It contains:
- spinach: an awesome source of fiber and vitamins K, A, C, and folate. Leafy green vegetables such as spinach have been shown to protect against cancer and slow down cancer cell formation.

Strawberry Avocado Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 4cups spinachtorn into small pieces
- 1cup strawberriessliced
- 1 ripe avocadopeeled and sliced
- 1/2cup blueberries(optional)
- 1/4cup pecans or walnutschopped
- 1/4cup red onionchopped
For the Dressing:
- 1/4cup olive or avocado oil
- 2tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2tablespoons honey
- 1/2teaspoon mustard
- sea salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add all salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Combine dressing ingredients and whisk well. Poor the dressing over the salad and mix well. Serve immediately.
